Remove joint from packaging and place in a roasting tin and cover with foil. Roast in a pre-heated oven at 180°C/ 350°F/ gas mark 4. Calculate the cooking time by giving 35 minutes per 500g plus an extra 35 minutes. once cooked remove from the oven and leave to rest for 5 minutes before removing bands and carving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked before consumption.
