Remove joint from packaging and place in a casserole dish with any vegetables or stock of your choice and cover with foil. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 180°C /350°F/ gas mark 4 for approx 3 hours until the meat is tender. Remove from the oven and leave to rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
