Remove joint from packaging and place in a roasting tin and cover with foil. Roast in a pre-heated oven at 190°C /374°F/ gas mark 5. Calculate the cooking time by giving 20 minutes per 500g plus an extra 20 minutes. Remove foil for the last 20 minutes of cooking. Leave to rest for 5 minutes before carving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked before consumption.
